- Includes 4 images for your base PNGtuber model (Talking with eyes open/closed and mouth closed with eyes open/closed)- Added costs for complexity of your character and if it needs to be split for PNGtuber+. Please tell me if you need this.- £20 added for each emotion you want your model to include.

Terms and conditions

You will get a document with these terms and conditions before your order can be started but you can get the information on this page.Note: Businesses, agencies, groups and other organisations should contact me to discuss arrangements in more detail. The contact form will be down below.
Before we start
- You will need to legally be over the age of 18+ to place an order.- I have the right to refuse an order if I believe the client is under the age of 18.- You will need to provide clear requirements and expectations of what you want to be designed before work begins.- You will be a part of the design process to make sure you are 100% with the designs being created.- You will need to provide clear design and reference work and images so I know what I am working with.- Your work may be posted on social media accounts, portfolio or advertising work used by myself.
What I wont do
- I will not create work that is explicit, offensive or inappropriate.- Other restrictions include: mechs/mechanical, explicit adult content, excessive muscles, core, tracing other designs/work and gender identities and cultures that I may not be comfortable portraying.- I reserve the right to refuse any projects and/or requests based off content, subject or any reasons subjected to by myself.
timeline
- Completion of works requires 2 weeks minimum but may take up to 5 months depending on the project and current orders.- Timeline of completion depends on what is wanted, complexity and workload.- I will provide progress and I will seek client feedback.- Your work will be provided to use through Google Drive or email.- If work needs to be delayed, I will inform you about it.- You have the right to request a refund 3 months after the deadline if work has not been delivered and there was no agreed upon amendment.
revisions
- Unlimited revisions per item during the sketching process.- After the line art, only minor revisions are allowed.- Excessive revisions of items will add additional charges as per the artist's decision.- Revisions may affect progress and time of product.
Communication
- Communication will be done throughout your project through the channel of your choosing.- Lack of responses will affect time spent on your work to the point of it getting delayed if it gets extreme.
Payment
- Any orders over £100 you will need to put now a 50% down payment before work is started.- Invoices, proposals and the payment link will be sent when both parties agree to the work.- Invoices must be paid within 72 hours or risk the project of being cancelled.- All prices are in GBP and payment will be through Stripe, Paypal or methods provided by the artist.- Prices may vary depending on complexity, requirements or any additional requests.- Clients acknowledge that the finished projects will be digital and there are no physically shipped goods.
Cancellation and refunds
- If a project needs to be cancelled, 50% of the fees may be forfeited within 2 days of starting work. A partial to full refund may be provided if there is more than 2 days notice.- No refunds are possible after work begins.- If the artist cannot complete work or if there's delays for unforeseen reasons, you may be eligible for a full refund. If work has already been started, you will be provided by a partial refund only.- Chargebacks are not allowed.
Copyright - Artist
The artist (Moedasnic Arts) retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights. This includes but not limited to:- Advertising, printing, showcasing work in progress, social media, portfolios and broadcast channels.
Copyright - Client
-You will receive exclusive, non transferable usage rights to your work for personal use.- Personal use means the use of displaying work on social media with no direct monetization linked to it.- You will have the right to use your work for monetization as part of your broadcasting channel.- Work is not to be used for creation of merchandise or/and physical items. An additional cost will be included if this is needed.- You are not allowed to claim the work as your own. You will also need to credit the artist to link the website.- You are not allowed to edit, trace or modify work in any way.
Copyright - commercial
- Commercial usage rights are not included unless specified on the type of design order.- Commercial rights means use of work on streams, monetized instances or selling/reselling the project through a 3rd party or platform.- Commercial use rights gives you the right to use said work for merchandise and or physical items.
Please make it clear if you wish to go down this route.- Use of work for AI or to feed into an AI tool/program is strictly prohibited
